Chiang Mai Train Station. There is a reception-type counter, with a helpful staff that could show you different tour packages for private cars - ranging from half a day to a full-day tour around
Chiang Mai.
We took a private car to take us to different
Chiang Mai attractions and one of our stops was the
Bai Orchid and Butterfly Farm.
Once you have paid for the entrance fee, an orchid will be pinned on your shirt, which I think helps you attract the butterflies.
A visit would not take you more than an hour and a half, so if you're already in
Chiang Mai, a 12-hour sleeper train ride, and you love beautiful flowers and butterflies, stop by and be one with these beautiful creations of Mother Nature.
